 My name is Maria Farag, and I'm a life and executive coach based in the UAE. Since high school, I've been deeply intrigued by the concept of personal growth and self-improvement I found myself constantly asking the question: “How can I become a better person tomorrow than I am today? What should I know and what should I do?”

Being an avid reader and a lover of knowledge, I delved into the world of self-help books. I was drawn to topics that resonated with areas where I felt I had room for improvement. Along the way, I realized the importance of self-awareness. Without it, understanding ourselves and recognizing areas for improvement becomes incredibly challenging.

Throughout the years, I explored various topics related to self-improvement, continually seeking opportunities for growth. By time, I began to feel unsettled by the constant questions of How and What steps should I take whenever I set a personal development goal for myself to reach; if I knew, I wouldn’t be passively waiting - I’d be taking action. But how?

True motivation, for me, stems from understanding the "how" and the “what” behind my goals for personal growth and development. Rather than expecting a smooth journey, I prefer to anticipate the bump along the road, preparing myself for potential challenges.

Preparation doesn’t guarantee a problem-free path; it simply equips me to face unforeseen obstacles with strength and resilience.

As I delved deeper into topics of self-development and growth, I discovered the transformative power of coaching and realized that it is one of the most effective paths to personal development. Even more rewarding is the opportunity to share this journey of growth with others, which led to the founding of Mirror Path Coaching.

I am deeply convinced of the profound impact that coaching can have on our lives. I believe that coaching should be an integral part of everyone's journey towards self-discovery and fulfilment.
